Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered lovely views of the grounds, but my room wasn't available until 5 pm, which was inconvenient. The staff seemed unapologetic and not very accommodating, which was disappointing considering the price they charge per night.
The hotel offers rooms overstuffed with items to buy, but it can feel like a way to make extra money. The skylights in the rooms are a nice touch, but the prices for these rooms may not match the value. The co-ed changing room is quite small, which can be a drawback.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice, although some features felt outdated, and the pricing seemed high for what was offered. Unfortunately, my room wasn't ready until 5pm, which felt unacceptable considering the early checkout time, and the staff didn't seem very apologetic or accommodating.
The property is flooded with sunlight at dawn, located next to the maintenance closet, and though the staff were respectful, it was busy and noisy; notwithstanding, it is basically a very peaceful property after being offered an 'early' check-in.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms but heavily promotes items for purchase, with the cheapest room option not recommended. The staff is competent, friendly, and informative. However, the dining experience may be mediocre, and some simple questions could lead to awkward interactions. Valet service and amenities are highlighted positively.
